The AM to PM Wellbeing Service was established in 2019 with the mission of providing support and guidance for individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges. We are committed to an early intervention approach to help prevent the development of serious, long-term wellbeing issues.

We provide a range of support and guidance tailored to your individual needs. Whether you seek a friendly person to talk to, long-term assistance until you feel capable of managing on your own, help in finding community groups that connect you with like minded individuals, local activities to engage in, or access to care and support from statutory services and private organizations, we are here to assist you.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THIS SUPPORT ?

You can reach out to our service by phone or email to schedule a convenient time for a conversation with one of our Wellbeing Guidance Assistants. During this discussion, we will explore your concerns and identify the support options available to you. Initial consultations last 20 minutes and are free of charge. Our parallel counselling and therapy service, offered by students, interns, and volunteers, is also available at no cost and can be accessed through self-referral or referrals from external services and organizations. For more specific or long-term support from our primary service, please refer to our fees section for detailed information.

Support

We offer practical help for daily challenges, including attending appointments with you for comfort, addressing feelings of loneliness, managing debt, resolving tenancy issues, and providing domestic assistance.

We can source and provide you with valuable information about various organizations, services, and activities available in your community.

We will engage in open conversations to understand your challenges and collaboratively identify solutions. Our goal is to guide you through the community services available and help you maximize their benefits for your wellbeing.
